TAT to step up tourism promotion projects in Prachuap Khiri Khan

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will accelerate the implementation of seven tourism promotion projects in Prachuap Khiri Khan province next year.

The TAT’s Prachuap Khiri Khan Office Director, Soraya Homchuen, said her agency has prepared a tourism promotion plan for the province in 2019.

She said the TAT’s Prachuap Khiri Khan Office, will steer the seven projects to increase the value of the tourism market.

She has expressed her confidence that all these projects will help strengthen tourism in the province and the local people would have higher income.

In 2018, more than 7.26 million tourists visited Prachuap Khiri Khan, generating more than 43.54 billion baht in revenue.
